Timesys provides multiple levels of support to help our subscribers solve their installation, configuration or integration challenges.
ReadyKit Support
If you are a ReadyKit subscriber, Timesys provides web-based technical support (9:00 to 6:00 US EDT) for a period of 14 days, beginning with the first day of your subscription. ReadyKit support covers downloading and installation of your ReadyKit, and booting Linux on your board.
LinuxLink Subscription Support
Timesys offers unlimited web-based support (9:00 to 6:00 US EDT) for any LinuxLink subscriber. LinuxLink support covers any distribution download, installation, toolchain setup, basic configuration or basic packaging questions.
In addition, Timesys provides setup, configuration and troubleshooting support for our Timestorm IDE product.
Enhanced Developer Support
Customers facing integration challenges in a custom environment may require consultative phone support with a Timesys engineer. Timesys provides an enhanced level of support for the more challenging and unique problems faced by custom development, while still allowing the developer to retain primary responsibility for actual coding and integration.
